The Oppo foreign website now lists the device, revealing all its specifications and features. However, the company has not yet disclosed its pricing or availability. Let’s dive into the Oppo A38’s features and specs.

The Oppo A38 has dimensions of 163.74 x 75.3 x 8.16mm and a weight of 190 grams. Its 6.56-inch IPS LCD display boasts an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, and impressive peak brightness of up to 720 nits for clear visibility in direct sunlight. This screen also supports 100 percent DCI-P3 and 100 percent sRGB color gamuts. According to OPPO, the waterdrop notch display results in an 89.90 percent screen-to-body ratio.

For selfies, the Oppo A38 sports a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the rear, it houses a 50-megapixel primary camera featuring an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus. it includes a 2-megapixel portrait lens. Both front and rear cameras support 30fps 1080p video recording.

Chipset,the A38 is equipped with the mediatek Helio G85 chip, 4 GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. 64 GB of internal storage a microSD card slot . The device also offers features like dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a side fingerprint sensor.

As of now, Oppo has not revealed the pricing details for the A38. However, it is expected to be available in two elegant shades: Glowing Black and Glowing Gold. It expected to hit the markets sometime this month. Stay tuned for more feature-packed smartphone from Oppo.

  1. The A38 seems like a pretty solid budget phone based on the specs. I’m curious to see how the Helio G85 performs – it should be a decent chipset for the price.

  2. Yeah, I’m optimistic about the G85 in this phone. Oppo’s ColorOS optimization should help too. I think it will handle daily tasks just fine for most people. Gaming might push it to its limits though.

  3. Only 720p display resolution is disappointing. I wish they went with at least 1080p for a 6.5″ screen. Photos and videos won’t look very sharp at that low resolution.
